shell: add more interpreters (#3708)

* ash: only interpreter, extension is more commonly used for
  Kingdom of Loathing scripting, e.g. github.com/twistedmage/assorted-kol-scripts

* dash: only interpreter, extension is more commonly used for
  dashboarding-related stuff

* ksh: extension was already present
