Add a misclassified Prolog file
...
This Prolog file was misclassified as Perl. I assume linguist
was confused because the file has many comments. Nevertheless,
there are plenty of Prolog-distinguishing tokens such as `:-`,
`module`, `%%`, capitalized variables names, `foo/2`, etc.
