Fixed config file for submodules

The config file to submodules was updated. Also moved the submodule from app/ to root directory. Need to clone with --recurse-submodules to have it init and update the submodule automatically. Will be checked and done by Make in future.

Changed default search site from piratebay to jackett

Moved to use jackett as default search site.
